The Identity of Mr. & Mrs. RUNÈ:
At the heart of RUNÈ lies the 'Cinematic Wearable Art' philosophy, represented by our founders, Mr. & Mrs. RUNÈ. Our signature masked identity is not merely an aesthetic choice; it is a part of our brand's unique intellectual property. Any reproduction, imitation, or unauthorized use of this persona—including the specific masked styling—is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement of our creative rights.
All visual identity elements, including the brand persona and signature masked styling, are the exclusive property of RUNÈ. Protected under intellectual property and unfair competition laws.
Legal Action:
We take the protection of our brand and creative work seriously. Any infringement upon our intellectual property rights will be met with immediate and strict legal action. RUNÈ reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief and claims for damages, against any individual or entity found to be infringing upon our brand identity or designs.
Authorization:
If you wish to feature our work or collaborate with our brand, you must obtain prior written consent from RUNÈ. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding the unauthorized use of our intellectual property.
