RUNÈ offers worldwide shipping. Below are our fulfillment and delivery guidelines:

 

 

• GCC Orders: Order preparation takes 7 to 14 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1 to 3 business days.

 

• International Orders: Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination country and parcel weight. Please note that customs duties, local taxes, or additional import charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

• Estimated Timelines & Delivery: All stated preparation and shipping windows are estimates and subject to change. RUNÈ commits strictly to the production and processing timeframe. Once a package is handed over to the courier, any transit delays, damages, or lost shipments fall under the carrier's responsibility, and inquiries must be directed to them directly.

 

• Delay & Cancellation Policy: If an order is delayed by more than 10 days beyond the scheduled delivery window due to a delay from our side, the customer is entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
